Management

The incorporators of Pelagos Tours & Travel are from United States, Philippines, Russia and France. We also would like to keep an international team to accommodate our guests from different countries. From the beginning the company is presided by Nikita Osharov. Cebu branch manager is Algie Requilme, Galina Vasileva is our branch manager in Boracay and Nataliya Chistyakova is handling our operations in Manila.

 

Nikita Osharov

32 years old, 7 of which are in the tourism business. Graduated from Alber’s Business School at Seattle University. Majoring in Finance. He workded 10 years in US, including in Alaska. 4 years ago he moved to Philippines as a resident.
 

Algie Requilme

26 years old, was born in Negros, Philippines. He accepted management position with Pelagos Tours three years ago. Mr. Requilme graduated from one of the most prestigious universities in Philippines Silliman University, majoring in Tourism. Before joining Pelagos Tours was managed one of the biggest Korean travel agency.
 

Galina Vasileva

25 years old, graduated from Moscow University of Commerce, majoring in tourism. In travel industry for more than five years. She went from being a tour guide to manage the branch in Boracay.
 

Natalya Chistyakova

24 years old, born and raised in Belarus. Immigrated to Philippines 3 years ago, where she started to work as an independent tour guide in Manila before she joined our team one year ago.
